Travel Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Accountable for evaluating incidents and determining solution strategies during the implementation phase.

• Comprehend change requests and identify the most effective approach.

• Implement a solution strategy and confirm that the business issue has been addressed.

• Actively seek out opportunities for enhancements.

• Manage customer-facing implementations of OBTs and additional products.

• Methodically assess situations, replicate errors, or test scenarios when feasible.

• Coordinate efforts with a variety of internal and external teams across multiple issues.

• Carry out configuration changes ranging from minor to highly complex (involving various systems, logics, interactions, and dependencies).

• Exhibit exceptional customer service and foster customer-focused communication.

• Support established and agreed productivity goals.

• Embrace constructive collaborative behavior both within the team and with external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel sector is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of travel technology is required.

• Fundamental project management experience is necessary.

• Advanced administrative proficiency with online booking tools (such as Concur, Cytric, or other relevant tools).

• Experience in commercial support is preferred.

• Significant experience in an international working environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
