Travel Sales Consultant

• Transforming warm leads generated from our marketing initiatives into successful sales.

• Conducting proactive outbound calls to prospective customers and following up on inquiries.

• Actively developing and overseeing your own sales pipeline.

• Providing an exceptional customer experience for all loveholidays clients.

• Leveraging your knowledge and expertise of holiday destinations to advise potential customers with credibility and authenticity.

• Aiming to meet and surpass sales targets - your efforts directly influence your rewards.

• Serving as a brand ambassador for loveholidays, acting as a trusted source of information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of B2C travel sales experience, engaging with customers in the UK and abroad.

• Strong background in telephone sales with demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound communications.

• A genuine passion for the travel industry, bringing enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer experiences.

• Confidence in your ability to turn leads into sales and strive towards set targets.

• A true people person - you enjoy engaging with individuals from various demographics, assisting them in discovering their ideal holiday destination.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building rapport, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales effectively.

• Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic - consider this role as managing your own business.

• Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
