📋 Description

• Engage with clients through phone, email, and various communication platforms to assess their travel requirements, preferences, and budget limitations.

• Create tailored travel packages that align with the unique interests and desires of each individual client.

• Offer expert guidance on destination choices, travel itineraries, accommodations, activities, and travel insurance to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

• Manage booking arrangements for flights, hotels, rental vehicles, tours, and other travel-related services, while efficiently overseeing reservations.

• Keep informed on the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry news to provide clients with the most pertinent and timely information.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly addressing questions, concerns, and modifications to travel plans.

• Collaborate with travel partners such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local agencies to secure the best rates and benefits for clients.

• Process payments and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and travel information.

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar customer service position is advantageous.

• Familiarity with popular travel destinations, trends, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken, with a strong command of the English language.

• Relevant certifications or training in the travel sector are advantageous.
