Travel Reservation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to grasp their travel objectives, budgets, and preferences.

• Conduct research and arrange flights, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages through travel vendors.

• Organize itineraries and provide precise details about trips.

• Offer exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel experiences.

• Cultivate enduring client relationships through follow-up and repeat bookings.

• Address inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Keep organized records of client interactions and bookings.

• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and vendor offerings.

• Develop a personal book of business at an individual pace.

• A passion for travel and a desire to assist others in planning their trips.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.

• Access to reliable internet and a computer.

• Fundamental computer skills and the ability to navigate online systems.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Eligible to enter into an independent contractor agreement in the U.S.

• Openness to learning new systems and vendor platforms.

• No prior experience in the travel industry, travel agency, reservations, customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is necessary; training will be provided.
