This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate directly with clients to identify their vacation requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Research and arrange cruises, resorts, vacation packages, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide precise information regarding destinations, travel options, pricing, availability, supplier policies, and reservation requirements.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the entire client experience.
• Oversee reservations and track booking and payment deadlines.
• Keep organized records for all clients.
• Follow up with clients both prior to and after their travel.
• Cultivate new client relationships and follow up with potential travelers.
• Generate referrals and promote repeat bookings.
• Expand the client base through sales initiatives and business development.
• Promote travel services through networking, referrals, social media, and other approved methods.
• Access and utilize authorized travel supplier systems.
• Engage in training to enhance knowledge of destinations, suppliers, reservation systems, sales, marketing, and client service.
• Conduct client communications, travel research, marketing, prospecting, follow-up, reservation management, and supplier education.
• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.
• Commitment of approximately 15 hours per week.
• Reliable internet connection is essential.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Eagerness to learn about sales, marketing, travel reservations, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Ability to work independently.
• Receptiveness to coaching and application of learned material.
• Willingness to market travel services through personal connections, referrals, networking, social media, and approved marketing strategies.
• Openness to completing professional training and consistently following up.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, social media, or travel is beneficial but not mandatory.
