Co-Founder – Digital Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a Co-Founder to create the digital product.

• Transform the existing idea into a market-ready solution, focusing on positioning, pricing strategy, and structure.

• Develop the initial versions, selecting the appropriate platforms, setting up, and acquiring the first users.

• Refine the product based on actual customer feedback.

• Oversee business development efforts, including partnerships, sales avenues, and growth strategies.

• Handle daily operations related to the digital product, ensuring member support and retention.

• Collaborate closely with Mario and the current podcast audience, ensuring that the product does not detract from the core format.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building a digital product or business, preferably from inception.

• Deep understanding of business development, including pricing strategies, target demographics, sales, and scaling techniques.

• Authentic interest in trading and financial markets; while professional trading experience is not necessary, familiarity with the community and its terminology is crucial.

• An entrepreneurial mindset: capable of making decisions independently without waiting for approvals.

• A structured and dependable working style, even in the absence of a predefined framework.

• Availability of references or examples from prior product or business development projects.

• Commitment to entering into a long-term partnership; agencies and traditional employment arrangements will not be considered.
