Telesales, Cold Calling, Pre-Setting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Reach out to pre-qualified companies via phone.

• Clearly and concisely present the advantages of the service.

• Arrange appointments for consultation calls.

• Perform cold calls to promote Appatini’s digital marketing service.

• Provide regular updates during internal online meetings.

• Utilize established call scripts while adapting them when necessary.

• Assist restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels in attracting more customers and orders, enhancing their average order value, and achieving revenue targets more swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong and fluent verbal communication skills over the phone.

• Excellent proficiency in German.

• Commitment to making at least 50 call attempts daily for a 4-hour shift, or 100 call attempts for an 8-hour shift.

• Capability to manage rejection and persist in customer acquisition efforts.

• Independent and practical thinker who is accurate and dependable in their work.

• Proficient in computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office).

• Provide regular updates during internal online meetings.

• Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in telephone cold calling or pre-setting.

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in software sales, services, the restaurant industry, or the software sector is required.
