This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Engage with clients through email, phone calls, and messaging applications.

• Provide assistance with updates to reservations, modifications to itineraries, and general travel-related questions.

• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel prerequisites, and procedures.

• Confirm travel arrangements and follow up with clients before their departure.

• Address client issues with professionalism and strive for prompt resolutions.
