Travel Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients through email, phone calls, and messaging services

• Assist with updates on reservations, modifications to itineraries, and general travel-related inquiries

• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel necessities, and procedures

• Verify travel arrangements and follow up with clients before their departure

• Address client issues in a professional manner and strive for prompt resolutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Prior customer service experience is preferred (experience in hospitality or travel is advantageous, but not mandatory)

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple requests

• Capable of quickly learning new systems and tools
