Travel Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through email, phone, and various messaging platforms.

• Assist in updating reservations, modifying itineraries, and addressing general travel inquiries.

• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel prerequisites, and procedures.

• Confirm travel arrangements and ensure follow-up with clients prior to their departure.

• Address client issues in a professional manner and strive for prompt resolutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred (experience in hospitality or travel is a plus, but not mandatory).
