This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Engage with clients through email, phone calls, and messaging applications.

• Aid in updating reservations, making itinerary modifications, and addressing general travel questions.

• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel necessities, and procedures.

• Verify travel arrangements and follow up with clients ahead of their departure.

• Professionally resolve client issues and strive for timely solutions.
