Travel Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms

• Assist with updates on reservations, modifications to itineraries, and general travel inquiries

• Deliver precise information regarding destinations, travel prerequisites, and procedures

• Verify travel details and follow up with clients ahead of their departure

• Professionally address client concerns and strive for prompt resolutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous customer service experience is preferred (experience in hospitality or travel is advantageous, but not mandatory)

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously
