📋 Description

• Identify and recruit skilled healthcare professionals for temporary assignments.

• Proactively reach out to and engage potential candidates to build relationships, understand their requirements, and qualify them for job openings.

• Inform prospective candidates about the personal and professional advantages of a travel healthcare career.

• Generate leads through diverse recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

• Develop and sustain unique relationships with travel healthcare professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered.

• At least 1+ year of proven success in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role.
