Travel Lifestyle Consultant, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to our clients – premium cardholders – via phone and email in both French and English.

• Managing customer inquiries from the preparation of quotes to billing for individual trips.

• Making bookings with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.

• Crafting customized offers, travel documents, and comprehensive travel itineraries.

• Enthusiastically advising and facilitating exceptional travel experiences.

• Actively promoting special deals and exclusive offers.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess excellent language skills in professional French and English, both written and spoken (C2 level according to The Common European Framework).

• The ability to communicate in an additional language such as German or Italian is a plus.

• You have completed a tertiary qualification or equivalent training, preferably in tourism.

• You bring several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency.

• You have knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus).

• You possess extensive destination knowledge across major global regions.

• You have a strong passion for all things related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.

• You are service-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.

• You maintain a positive attitude and align with the values of Ten Group.

• You exhibit strong communication skills.

• You prioritize exceptional service and embody this philosophy.

• You are available for full-time work (40 hours per week).

• Flexibility: Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 CET, from Sunday to Thursday.
