This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Engage with clients to grasp their travel preferences, budget constraints, timelines, and any special requests.
• Investigate, create, and arrange tailored travel itineraries, encompassing transportation, accommodation, cruises, and activities.
• Deliver precise information about destinations, travel necessities, and itinerary specifics.
• Organize and maintain detailed records of client communications, bookings, and confirmations.
• Provide continuous support to clients before, during, and after their travels to guarantee a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members as necessary to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
• Proficient in utilizing online research tools, booking systems, and digital platforms.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or in select international locations where we operate.
