• Assist with bookings for luxury and leisure travel, encompassing changes, cancellations, and special requests.

• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to guarantee accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients both before and after their travels to ensure a positive experience.

• Maintain precise documentation and update booking systems as necessary.

• Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or service-related fields).
