📋 Description

• Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Assist with bookings for luxury and leisure travel, encompassing changes, cancellations, and special requests.

• Deliver accurate and timely information concerning destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.

• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to guarantee accuracy and client satisfaction.

• Proactively follow up with clients both before and after their travels to ensure a positive experience.

• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Maintain precise documentation and update booking systems as necessary.

• Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or service-related fields).
