β’ Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure precision and client satisfaction.
β’ Proactively follow up with clients before and after their travels to guarantee a positive experience.

β’ Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as necessary.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or a related field).
β’ Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in using technology and adaptable to new systems and booking platforms.
