📋 Description

• Assist clients via email, chat, and phone channels

• Aid in making itinerary modifications, updates, and addressing general travel inquiries

• Offer information regarding destinations and travel guidelines

• Conduct follow-ups with travelers prior to their departure

• Address issues while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Possess a friendly and professional communication style

• Previous customer support experience is preferred

• Must be reliable and well-organized

• Comfortable with online tools and eager to learn new systems
