Travel Consultant, Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel reservations on behalf of the customer.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer expert consultation to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Provide clients with essential industry insights, including competitive fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to evaluate operational procedures and client relationships to recommend enhancements.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of the various supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.

• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
