Travel Consultant, Danish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound and outbound travel inquiries in Danish

• Assist with bookings for flights, hotels, and travel packages

• Offer travel guidance and create personalized itineraries

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and travel-related concerns

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Keep precise records in booking systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Danish language: C1 level or higher (mandatory)

• Proficiency in English: B2 level or higher (mandatory)

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Basic knowledge of computers and booking systems
