Travel Consultant, Danish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound travel inquiries in Danish.

• Assist with bookings for flights, hotels, and travel packages.

• Offer travel advice and personalized itinerary planning.

• Handle changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Maintain precise records in booking systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Danish language at C1 level or higher (mandatory).

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (mandatory).

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred).

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and booking platforms.
