This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Research and verify travel bookings for customers.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer expert advice to customers.
• Address all inquiries related to essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Equip clients with necessary industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and client relationships to propose enhancements.
• Continuously maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge regarding the various supported travel industries.
• Experience as a travel agent.
• Proficient in GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
