This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Conduct searches and verify travel arrangements for clients.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer guidance to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Provide clients with essential industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to evaluate operational processes and client relationships to offer improvement suggestions.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and enhance knowledge of the various supported travel industries.

• You possess experience as a travel agent.

• Relevant expertise in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
