This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, whether individuals or groups.
• Inform customers about various travel options, including air travel, road transport, rail services, and lodging.
• Utilize multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, and Amadeus; training may be available.
• Ensure adherence to the agreed travel policy of customers, as well as service provider policies and regulatory standards.
• Employ effective telephone service techniques and respond to specific customer requests.
• Work collaboratively with your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficient in computer skills and applications, including Microsoft Office, managing cookies, and internet navigation.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts, including percentages and taxation.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
