This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee your own portfolio of safari clients, primarily concentrating on sales while utilizing the support from the company's suppliers, operational team, and finance department.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with affluent repeat travelers.
• A current portfolio of safari clients with a demonstrated track record in luxury safari sales.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury safari travel throughout the African continent.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth repeat clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Wetu for daily client interactions and sales processes.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Supplier contracts and commission frameworks.
• Access to CRM, CMS, quotes, itinerary builder, and email platforms.
• VOIP system for communication.
• Coverage of VOIP phone call expenses.
• Business Gmail email service.
• Document management solutions.
• Supplier payment processes.
• Financial and accounting management systems.
• Training provided on suppliers and related systems.
