Technical Consultant I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with designated clients and project teams tasked with delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management.

• Oversee the overall upkeep of the team’s IRT systems.

• Spearhead the implementation of system change controls for studies during the maintenance phase.

• Manage the design of specifications for study data integration between the IRT system and other eClinical solutions.

• Develop data review plans for each of the team’s IRT systems.

• Create and maintain FAQ documents for studies.

• Responsible for the preparation of system training materials.

• Collaborate with the client study team to configure the IRT system data upon system go-live.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for the Suvoda Customer Care team regarding complex support issues.

• Generate and disseminate support and maintenance reports for each of the team’s IRT systems.

• Proactively identify trends within support data.

• Recognize and assist in the implementation of process improvements for the services department.

• Support the product team in the design and development of new features.

• Travel to client locations for meetings and conduct user training sessions.

• Aid the customer care team in providing assistance to system users.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
