Senior Consultant – New Gas Fired Plant Build – Mechanical, Power Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the conceptual design and execution of capital projects for power plants.

• Act as the primary contact for owner's engineering services related to new power plant construction projects.

• Engage in mechanical design, oversee capital projects, and select appropriate equipment.

• Provide support for equipment specifications, vendor oversight, and commissioning processes.

• Convert project goals into practical plans that achieve or surpass schedule and budget expectations.

• Organize and lead client meetings along with technical discussions.

• Offer field support (approximately 15-20%) during project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in power plant design.

• Experience in power plant operations and maintenance.

• Proven track record in capital project management.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in power plant mechanical systems and preliminary design, with the capability to manage projects independently.
