Retail Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding daily support to our retail partners.

• Manage the onboarding process and maintain ongoing relationships with stores.

• Lead change management initiatives and promote adoption during the onboarding phase.

• Actively resolve customer issues and prioritize requests for enhancements.

• Function as a strategic consultant to assess improvements in store operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Mid to senior-level experience in the retail industry, preferably in grocery.

• Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing role related to retail technology, including customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding/training.
