
Travel Consultant β After-Hours Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate directly with coaches and operations personnel from various universities to address a range of multi-level requirements.
β’ Arrange and manage bookings for air travel, hotels, vehicles, private car services, and buses tailored to the client's specifications.
β’ Capable of booking accommodations and vehicles within the Global Distribution System (GDS).
β’ Handle invoicing during off-peak periods for group accommodations and transportation for teams.
β’ Multitasking is essential, managing incoming calls and emails while completing tasks efficiently.
β’ Proficient in booking and ticketing air travel reservations.
β’ Understanding of partial and full exchange processes, ticket voiding, and issuing MCOs (Miscellaneous Charges Orders).
β’ Collaborate closely with the team to assist in completing tasks when needed.
β’ Strong client service orientation.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Exceptional time management skills are required, including the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability to work independently.
β’ Team-oriented with the flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic environment.
β’ Strong eagerness to learn and effectively use the tools provided.
β’ Positive demeanor.
β’ Self-motivated individual.
β’ Prior travel experience is preferred.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience with GDS.
β’ Familiarity with travel-specific systems (e.g., GDS, Concur, etc.).
