Travel Consultant – After Hours, German, English, Amadeus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, both individual and group.

• Analyze and research travel options, proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services.

• Organize and book domestic and international business travel across various complexities, including air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize the Amadeus Global Distribution System, with refresher training available.

• Ensure adherence to the agreed travel policies of clients, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Employ positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests.

• Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and deliver constructive feedback to enhance service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong commitment to exceptional client service, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.

• Proficient in GDS (Amadeus) with a minimum of two years' experience.

• Must possess native or full working proficiency in German, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in English and any additional European language is a bonus.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Maintain integrity by safeguarding personal traveler information.

• In-depth understanding of the travel industry, with a background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Embrace teamwork and be open to receiving feedback.
