This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in planning and arranging their travel.
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor, delivering recommendations and solutions to enhance the travel experiences of clients.
• Ensure seamless coordination among clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee the flawless execution of travel plans.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist clients in securing flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Offer comprehensive information on travel options, including itineraries, pricing, and policies.
• Manage special requests, such as dietary preferences, accessibility needs, and VIP services.
• Efficiently resolve travel issues or changes while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to obtain the best rates and availability.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings in internal systems.
• Remain updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and company offerings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients clearly and professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in booking platforms, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• A passion for travel and a sincere desire to create exceptional client experiences.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (preferred).
