This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their travel aspirations, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Investigate and propose travel options, such as cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and additional travel services.
• Organize reservations and guide clients throughout the planning and booking journey.
• Keep precise client records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.
• Carry out follow-up communications to promote repeat business, referrals, and enduring client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives through networking, relationship cultivation, referrals, and social media interaction.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, supplier offerings, promotions, and destination insights.
• Provide a high standard of customer service while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
