Client Engagement Specialist – Voice

📋 Description

• Provide swift, professional, and premium support to high-value clients, managing issues until resolution.

• Guide clients in understanding Kraken products while identifying opportunities to enhance product adoption and growth.

• Develop in-depth product knowledge through training, product usage, AI engagement, and ongoing learning.

• Gather client insights and identify challenges to enhance Kraken products, workflows, and user experiences.

• Uphold high standards in quality, security, regulatory compliance, and performance.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Proficiency in an additional language is highly preferred.

• Strong instincts for client engagement, active listening, educational abilities, and de-escalation techniques.

• Driven by measurable outcomes and comfortable with promoting products.

• Experience in sales or a target-driven client environment is advantageous.

• Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency and trading practices.

• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
