This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Process travel claims independently in compliance with relevant policies.
• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business documents, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations.
• Manage incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a courteous, positive, and proactive manner.
• Consistently achieve established performance benchmarks, including both quantity and quality in claims processing.
• Stay informed about Plans and effectively utilize this knowledge for claims payment, customer service, and other job responsibilities.
• Ability to operate independently within defined guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently within set guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
