Travel Booking Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain a clear understanding of their travel preferences and requirements.

• Design tailored travel itineraries that encompass flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Manage the complete process of booking flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and various travel-related services.

• Ensure precision and efficiency in all reservation tasks.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, respond to inquiries, and address any issues.

• Build and foster strong relationships with travel partners.

• Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related issues, including flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.

• Offer timely and effective solutions to guarantee a positive experience for clients.

• Participate in live and online training sessions and meetings to acquire travel industry certifications.

• Oversee all travel-related documentation, such as tickets, confirmations, and itineraries.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and updates in the travel industry.

• Provide clients with pertinent information and recommendations to enhance their travel experiences.
