This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive and assess case work orders while confirming visit dates and times with Sponsors.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, and ground transportation for Field Safety Specialists.
• Analyze flight travel durations to select efficient and cost-effective travel options.
• Schedule and confirm travel arrangements within 24 hours of site-visit confirmation.
• Collaborate with the corporate travel contractor to secure travel bookings.
• Input travel requests into the company Scheduling System and generate work orders.
• Relay travel requirements, booking confirmations, arrival details, and updates regarding travel disruptions.
• Modify or cancel flights and make last-minute arrangements during inclement weather or travel emergencies.
• Ensure accurate information is available regarding transportation itineraries.
• Collaborate with supervisory management and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Respond to phone calls and return messages in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• An associate degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of documented experience in security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or a comparable field.
• A high school diploma combined with at least four years of experience may substitute for an associate degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience relevant to program goals and objectives.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn internal systems such as Saturn and Mercury.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to follow technical direction and feedback.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, manage multiple responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to produce high-quality work under considerable pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 operations.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Positive credit check required.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
• May need to fulfill position-specific requirements such as DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, or flu shot.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient in writing, typing, and using a telephone system.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
