Travel Agent – Amadeus Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with Travel Operations responsibilities (Flight modifications, Cancellation requests, Refund processing).

• Manage, escalate, and monitor GDS issues and cases.

• Handle negotiated rates and advanced refunds within GDS.

• Collaborate directly with our land suppliers for pre- and post-booking requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus).

• Strong expertise in Amadeus Flights / GDS.

• Demonstrable experience in negotiating fares and commissions within GDS.

• Proficient in planning, multitasking, and effectively managing time.

• High adaptability to schedules: you will be required to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be based in Spain.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support within the travel industry, ideally with a focus on flights.

• Proven success in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to adapt, solve problems, and learn quickly.
