This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Confirm and arrange daily nominations in accordance with FERC cycle requirements.
• Clearly convey EQT Midstream processes and procedures to customers.
• Ensure the accurate posting of necessary reports on the EQT Midstream EBB.
• Guarantee that all SOX mandated documentation is appropriately stored.
• Maintain adherence to NAESB and FERC regulatory standards.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills in daily tasks.
• Engage with customers through email, telephone, and ICE Chat regarding EBB issues, nomination requests, retroactive nomination requests, and general pipeline inquiries.
• Be prepared to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The selected candidate will be expected to participate in a swing shift rotation.
• An associate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or an educational equivalent of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience showcasing quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and critically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, other departments, and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload and tight deadlines.
