Transportation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with external providers, internal stakeholders, and Transportation Hub (T-Hub) teams to develop and enhance load plans.

• Oversee rescheduling processes and escalate any scheduling challenges to ensure operational continuity.

• Implement daily operations in accordance with T-Hub timing and cutoff standards.

• Utilize T-Hub and End-to-End (E2E) strategies to optimize cost, service quality, and risk management.

• Deliver timely reports to enhance visibility, accountability, and facilitate issue escalation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of transportation experience, including domestic modes/equipment; Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) & Full Truckload (FTL).

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Understanding of transit times, lane planning, and load building to achieve delivery objectives.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
