Translator, Learning Designer – Localization Project, Spanish – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-pretranslated content in Smartcat for precision, fluency, grammar, tone, and natural expression in Spanish.

• Consistently apply approved terminology across skills, decisions, products, and specialized vocabulary.

• Naturally adapt buyer-as-hero and “you” language for Latin American audiences.

• Reconstruct finalized translations within existing PowerPoint presentations and Articulate Rise modules.

• Test and correct animations, transitions, triggers, timing, and build sequences.

• Address layout challenges arising from the expansion of Spanish text.

• Execute minor image and screenshot text modifications in PowerPoint.

• Deliver assets in a fully presentation-ready format.

• Collaborate with the internal team and other contractors while independently meeting milestones.

• Engage in 1–2 weekly check-ins.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in LATAM Spanish with outstanding professional/B2B writing capabilities.

• Strong reading and collaboration skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience in business, sales enablement, corporate learning, or professional localization.

• Comfortable utilizing terminology glossaries and style guides.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, including the Animation Pane and animation troubleshooting.

• Experience with Articulate Rise or comparable authoring tools.

• Keen attention to layout, typography, and visual presentation.

• Availability to overlap reliably with Eastern Time (GMT-4) / Central European business hours.

• Localization QA experience with animated or interactive presentations (preferred).

• Experience in B2B sales enablement (preferred).
