This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the effective onboarding of clients within Managed Services (MS) through collaborative planning and execution.

• Offers expertise during the pre-sales phase, effectively communicating the advantages of the Logicalis MS Transition Methodology.

• Manages stakeholder expectations and implements communication strategies to ensure support from all parties involved.

• Identifies risks associated with transition projects and develops mitigation strategies as necessary.

• Tracks and oversees key Transition KPIs to foster ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in Managed Services Transition project management or consulting is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of Managed Security Services technologies, including familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and network security.

• One or more of the following certifications or equivalent: Lean Six Sigma Certification, ITIL Foundations, Project Management Professional (PMP, Scrum, or CAPM).
