IT Systems Audit Manager, Audit Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Utilizes accounting principles and auditing standards to aid in business decision-making.

• Takes on project leadership roles for accounting and audit initiatives.

• Oversees client relationships and manages the execution of projects.

• Evaluates client needs for accounting and financial management solutions.

• Conducts presentations and facilitates client meetings to convey project updates and suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline.

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant financial or business experience.

• At least two (2) years of leadership experience and providing technical guidance on government audit and/or audit advisory projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication abilities.

• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

• Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-134, and FISCAM.

• Experience in supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
