Risk, Compliance & Audit Specialist – Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the Compliance Team in implementing the complete internal governance framework across all SD Worx locations.

• Support the Compliance Manager in developing the annual audit plan.

• Aid the Compliance Manager in conducting compliance audits, reporting on audit progress, and preparing final audit reports.

• Assist the Compliance Manager and the company in training and raising awareness regarding control objectives and expected evidence.

• Support the company in addressing control deficiencies to ensure they are resolved promptly and sustainably.

• Help the Compliance Manager manage and regularly report on compliance activities.

• Assist with internal control tests for the annual ISAE3402 report.

• Provide reports to our clients as needed.

• Log and manage all inquiries.

• Support the Compliance Manager in providing expert advice to various business units in responding to inquiries from Group Internal Audit, clients, and/or external auditors.

• Administer and maintain the SharePoint site for compliance to ensure the website and all data are consistently managed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in conducting internal audits according to recognized standards and experience in an IT environment.

• Knowledge of applicable standards for the control of service organizations (ISAE3402, ISO 27001).

• Understanding of project management principles and control mechanisms.

• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner.

• Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical abilities.
