⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree along with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in large managed services organizations.

• Understanding of operational service delivery.

• Ability to discuss the complete service lifecycle management.

• Experience transitioning services from an existing provider.

• Proven track record of introducing new operating models and implementing new capabilities during transitions.

• Participation in service modernization efforts.

• Experience delivering measurable transformations.

• Experience in leading leaders.

• History of building mature organizations and enhancing capabilities.

• Skilled in managing executive stakeholders and demonstrating executive presence.

• Involvement in client and sales engagements.
