Regional Manager – Greater Houston Area

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish new connections with school administrators and educators.

• Design training programs in curriculum and instructional resources.

• Develop onboarding procedures for new schools and chapters.

• Execute local and regional strategies to enhance SkillsUSA Texas growth.

• Cultivate essential partnerships with stakeholders.

• Coordinate district registrations and manage supplies.

• Supervise district competitions and training for district coordinators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in the education sector.

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field.

• Previous experience with SkillsUSA is preferred.

• Experience in career and technical education (CTE) classrooms.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient with technology platforms (ZOOM, Quickbooks, etc.).

• Capability to design and modify graphic presentations.

• Technical skills and problem-solving abilities in cloud-based environments.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively.

• Demonstrated high professional and ethical standards.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.
