This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transitioning and launching products.
• Oversee application readiness during product launches and global deployments.
• Facilitate a seamless shift from development to deployment and production utilization.
• Assist with initial installations in partnership with regional teams.
• Manage and align with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between development, product management, and regional entities.
• Ensure organized communication and alignment among all involved parties.
• Contribute to product decisions considering the impact on customers and on-site operations.
• Handle validation, testing, and pilot management.
• Lead comprehensive workflow and use-case validation for new releases.
• Oversee pilot and demo sites, including on-site validation and feedback collection.
• Ensure integration and consistency across products.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and enablement.
• Design and deliver training for regional stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Produce and maintain product and service documentation from a service perspective.
• Guarantee effective knowledge transfer to regional and service organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the IT sector.
• Extensive experience in Healthcare IT, preferably in medical imaging settings.
• Strong comprehension of software development and deployment methodologies.
• Experience in customer-facing or application-oriented roles.
• Proven capability to coordinate stakeholders across various functions and regions.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally on short notice.
• Highly advantageous: familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7 and DICOM.
• Experience with Service Transition, Service Design, or ITIL practices.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and their applications in healthcare.
• Preferred: experience in product or program management.
• Background in requirements engineering.
• Experience in leading complex projects.
• Proficient in an additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese).
