This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for translating the transformation vision into actionable requirements for AI project managers and engineers, while facilitating cross-functional execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and sustain the enterprise capability map: the authoritative system that outlines ownership, current processes, and the integration of AI.
• Manage the transformation intake process, prioritization, and operational rhythm to ensure that high-value initiatives are sequenced, adequately resourced, and progressing across various functions.
• Establish solution pathways for each prioritized transformation, detailing the roles of humans, AI, and systems, along with the reasoning behind these decisions.
• Oversee the measurement framework for transformation, including ROI analysis, evaluation of business value, metric trees, instrumentation, and the analytics dashboard utilized by the executive team to monitor progress.
• Propel role redesign, change management, and adoption efforts in collaboration with People Centers of Excellence and functional leaders to ensure transformations are effectively integrated into everyday workflows.
• Direct comprehensive AI initiatives across the organization, from problem definition to implementation, that facilitate significant improvements affecting three or more functions.
• A minimum of five years in investment banking or prestigious management consulting, demonstrating a history of swiftly addressing ambiguous, high-stakes challenges.
• Proven ability to apply first-principles thinking: capable of taking an unclear brief, reframing it, and constructing a compelling case for action that withstands scrutiny from discerning executives.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to build a metric tree from the ground up, extract and organize data, create scenario models, and present findings independently.
• Practical fluency in AI: actively utilizing advanced AI tools for real-world applications, having designed or reengineered at least one process around AI, and able to discuss the genuine utility of current AI technologies versus their limitations.
• Cross-functional operational instincts: experienced in managing multi-stakeholder projects without formal authority, with the ability to articulate how alignment was achieved, trade-offs were made, and results were delivered.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills: capable of drafting concise one-pagers, creating presentations, and confidently presenting recommendations to leadership teams.
• A proactive approach and a high tolerance for ambiguity, comfortable starting from a blank slate and delivering a completed change within three weeks.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
• In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
