This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team within an Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Market Facing Business (MFB).
• Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to implement high-impact talent initiatives that enhance business value.
• Provide consultation on comprehensive business strategies to advance talent-driven initiatives.
• Deliver data-informed consulting on strategic talent initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Foster strong relationships with HR and business leadership to build credibility and trust.
• Influence and facilitate change to support business growth and talent priorities.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, strategic consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record of advising and collaborating with senior leaders on intricate HR programs and initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent strategies that align with business priorities.
• Established ability to work independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment.
• Proven capability to influence, challenge perspectives, and establish credibility across HR and business leadership.
