This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the customer transformation roadmap and drive quantifiable business results for retail and CPG enterprise clients.
• Engage at the C-level and board level to link AI platform functionalities to direct impacts on the income statement.
• Assemble and oversee teams of Forward Deployed Engineers for each customer engagement.
• Develop business cases, facilitate steering committees, and deliver executive proof packs to C-suite and board stakeholders.
• Foster growth within accounts — transforming pilot projects into company-wide implementations by demonstrating ROI.
• Serve as a founding member of the US team, contributing to how the company engages with enterprise customers on a large scale.
• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting or enterprise deployment strategy positions focused on retail and CPG clients.
• Genuine experience in the retail, CPG, or FMCG sector — obtained through consulting engagements or as an operator.
• Proven ability to manage C-level stakeholders — independently presenting to COOs, CFOs, and boards with credibility.
• Skills in structuring business cases and measuring ROI — capable of creating outcome-focused proof packs for executive audiences.
• Experience in enterprise process transformation initiatives that span multiple business units.
• Preferably familiar with automation or AI platform deployments (RPA, workflow tools, or similar).
• Ambitious, driven, and at ease in an early-stage environment without a fully established playbook.
• Business-oriented mindset — this role is not focused on technical or engineering aspects.
