Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee specified workstreams within healthcare supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Assist in formulating program strategies and detailed execution plans.

• Implement initiatives in collaboration with client functional and operational leaders.

• Monitor progress against milestones while ensuring alignment with program goals.

• Recognize risks, barriers, and opportunities, and craft actionable recommendations.

• Offer daily problem-solving, guidance, and decision-making support to client teams.

• Create and present status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting materials.

• Utilize subject matter expertise across healthcare supply chain fields with a focus on assigned functional areas.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of methodologies, tools, and implementation frameworks.

• Participate in knowledge management, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience is required.

• Experience in supporting healthcare supply chain transformation, operational enhancement, or consulting projects.

• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, processes, and performance improvement methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in dynamic client settings.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Experience in producing executive-ready reporting materials and stakeholder communications.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional client and internal teams.

• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and schedules.
